Im slowly getting back into DnD. I was very active a few years ago... 20-30 or so haha.
What im wondering is this;
I bought the physical book yesterday and lastnight i found DnDBeyond and their digital content. These tools look amazing btw!
The physical book and their digital book, are they the same? The reson im asking is that om the shop it says "PHB etc etc 30ish$" and additional contant Background, subclasses etc. 2-3$ a pop.
What i understand is that these Background/subclasses etc are allready in the physical book. If i want the same content as the physical book, will i need to buy the Digital version AND all the additional content aswell?
~disclamer, english isnt my native language so i hope you understant what im asking :)
if you buy the PHB digital, you get all its content - just don’t get the compendium only option if you want to use the tools. The smaller prices are so people have the option of spending less to get a specific part (if they can’t afford the whole book). Even then, the amount spent is credited toward a later full book purchase.
Tip: For the PHB, you can get a code for 50% off in the (Physical) Essentials Kit, which also will have some digital content on D&D Beyond.

There is a coupon thread in general discussion. Whenever there is a new coupon for books, someone will post it there.
