The world takes place in a modern setting where super-humans exist. The PCs live together in an apartment and they get involved in some interesting adventures. There's also an academy for superhuman that exists because its founder frowns upon using super-humans as weapons of war and domination. Think X-men meets RWBY or Honkai Impact 3rd.
It would involve mostly homebrew classes and backgrounds, which can be found in the D&D Homebrew wiki.
