I am unsure if I am imaging this, but I think I heard on a You Tube video about a spell that could be cast to improve AC that would last for quite a long time. They spoke about a strategy that a spell caster could cast it on say a monk, late at night and then for the next 24 hrs that monk would have the improved AC to the following night. Am I on crack :) Is anyone familiar with this type of spell? Thanks
The closest I can think of is Mage Armor, which lasts 8 hours.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"

Mage armor also wouldn't increase a Monk's AC if it has a WIS of 16 or higher.
Maybe the video you watch was just wrong? Nothing that good exists (to my knowledge).
You've likely heard of the marriage part of the Ceremony spell.
You can get a +2 AC increase for 24 hours if you marry someone.
