My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - tried a search and surfed several pages of posts, but haven't really found a definitive answer.
Group I play with started with one person with a master subscription. We have grown and now have 3 people, so we are trying to clean up some campaigns and re-assign them. I'm trying to figure out the correct process/procedure to do that such that none of the info for the characters are lost and the DM roles are maintained? We use a lot of stuff beyond basic rules so trying to make sure we don't force people to have to rebuild characters if we can help it.
Have each DM create their own campaign and send links to the players.
The players can click on the link and select their character for that campaign (make sure it's not already in a campaign by clicking unassign).
Have whoever has the Master sub content share on all the campaigns after they join and have the players with other content allowable by the campaign share theirs as well.

Character information will not be lost. Just turn off sharing and have new person turn it on.
