The description of the amulet states that "While wearing this amulet, you are hidden from divination magic. You can't be targeted by such magic or perceived through magical scrying sensors."
As the See Invisibility spell is a divination spell, I assume it would not work on the person wearing the amulet. At least, that's how I would run it at my table.
See Invisibility targets the caster, not the creature who may be wearing the amulet, and it is not a scrying sensor, so the invisible creature would still be seen by the creature who cast See Invisibility.
To clarify, a scrying sensor is something other than the caster that the caster can perceive through, like an Arcane Eye.
If one has the Amulet of Proof From Detection and Location active (On and attuned)
and they then cast Invisibility on themselves.
Does another person using See Invisibility - see them?

Just remember:
Baby Groot > Baby Yoda

I also thought that, 1AmGroot - but then realized that the answer given by SagaTympana was true.
And that's the main reason for why I asked this question; while I don't mind houseruling as a DM, I prefer to stay as close to RAW/RAI as possible.
