Thanks filcat. Is there a plan to have this added? I saw a post in relation to adding homebrew backgrounds, but just adding some proficiencies or modifying ones you have already would be nice.
I noticed that there is a plan to add the Mystic to the list of class (actually what I'm playing now which is nice), and it has the option of moving its WIS proficiency around during short/long rest.
I dont know there plans about this, but you can change the proficiencies you have anytime in the editor.
Where in the editor? The only option I was able to find in relation to changing proficiencies was within the Class Features, however this limits you to what that class allows (nothing outside its normal 'rules') and the Background section with 2 options. Is there another section?
Just chiming in to say that I was bit by a Vampire. I am now a Vampire Spawn and no longer a Barbarian. It would be very cool to be able to edit proficiencies that are class related, so I can remove things like my armor and shield proficiencies, which I believe would be worthless as a Vamp Spawn.
Copy the Character to edit things like Class, Race etc for strange circumstances like that... simple enough. You have all the original things... and modify it entirely on the copy until it becomes the Primary character (then rename the old character or delete it).

I've done that. But you can't actually change your specific class settings like proficiency in armor and weapons for instance. I was a barbarian, so I had barbarian weapons with me. Wanted to switch it so I was no longer proficient in those things.
Talked to my DM though, his ruling is that I wouldn't forget how to use armor or a shield, or the specific weapons of my previous class. So it's fine in the end.
I don't know if this was found yet, but you can add proficiencies on the sheet itself in the browser. Hit the gear on the "proficiencies and training". I don't see options to remove the ones built into the character at the moment.
Is there a way to change current proficiencies? If I want to add one outside my background/class options, how do I do it (if possible)?
Currently, this is not possible.

Yep, I meant you can change proficiencies but within what the standard rules offer.

The end.
It should be allowed 1 change ONLY. Or else, you should create another char with the correct proficiencies.
My Ready-to-rock&roll chars:
Dertinus Tristany // Amilcar Barca // Vicenç Sacrarius // Oriol Deulofeu // Grovtuk
