I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do a specific search from the homepage. I’m trying to do a search for magical weapons. What I get is “search all”. Then I click on items and that does nothing. I could type in that field, but I want to browse all magical weapons. I know there is an advanced search like this that get very specific but can’t find it unless I go to google and type “advance weapon search dnd beyond. “
also, when in app can you search in a specific book and not have it do a universal search through all your content?
It seems (according to some users) it's not working as it should. (I'm one of those some users.)
I'm also using a web search engine and adding dndbeyond to the search for now. It's a workaround. It would be nice if it worked here, but at least, there's a workaround. I don't know the status on the search, but for now, you're using the best option until the site's own search works well.

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
For the app question: click on the book you want to search in, and in the upper right there will be a magnifying glass icon. Use that and it will only search that particular book.
Mr. fixitx, is there a way to pull that magic items page up from main menu? If I click on the search at the top of home page I get a list of things to search. One is items. If I click on that I don’t get the detailed search. I just get a search bar. Then I type in magic items and get a list of random things.

In the menu, it should be under game rules - magic items.

Thanks. Thought I was missing something really obvious.
Can't you just go straight to the magic item page and then click on weapons?
