So im running a lvl 17 Barbarian and I just got the Hammer of Thunderbolts (+4 str). In addition to this I have Gauntlets of Ogre Strength and a Belt of Hill Giant Strength (21 str)https://mobdro.bio/https://kodi.bio/ which lands me on a pretty hefty strength score of 25.
My question is that how would this be translated into real life? What kind of feats could a person with 25 strength accomplish?
Unfortunately none of these items stack with each other.
Hammer of Thunderbolts increases your base strength score by +4
Gauntlets of Ogre Power give you an alternate strength score of 19, unless your base score is higher
Belt of Hill Giant Strength also gives you an alternate strength score of 21, unless your base score is higher.
So your strength will be either Base Strength + 4 (Hammer of Thunderbolts) or21 (Belt of Hill Giant Strength), whichever is higher.
But to answer your question, strength 21+ is superhuman. To frame it in comic book terms, Captain America is described as being the absolute peak of human physical fitness. He is literally the edge of what can be considered human, any more and he would be superhuman. 21+ strength is beyond that, beyond the very maximum any person could hope to attain through any amount of training and dedication.
Davedamon is correct about them not stacking. A score of 10 is average, a 14 is a professional, a 16-18 is Olympic level, a 20 is basically a superhero (like Captain America).

Barbarians can achieve up to 24 Strength naturally with their capstone. So I would say that is the peak of what is possible by training and dedication.
That Deadlift record of 500 KG (1102 lbs) is with specialized equipment. They CLAIM that gear adds 100's of lbs to your capacity (I see info from 300 to 600 lb)
I would consider that equipment to be the equivalent of the trait "Counts as one size larger", which doubles your lifting capacity.
For straight lifting without any gear, 500 lbs is about as much as people have reliably done.

The same article has a RAW record without equipment set at 1015 lbs, though. That's still a 34 and stronger than Tiamat. :D
You simply cannot reliably compare D&D values with real life... if you do, the entire rules break apart.

A level 20 character is basically superhuman anyway. Anything beyond 1st level is extraordinary.

Strength is pretty easy:
Carry: Strength x15 lbs = how much you can carry. 20 strength = 300 lbs. Every 1 points above 20 = +15 lbs carrying.
Lift: Strength x 30. 20 strength = 600 lbs, each point above 20 = +30 lbs
In real life, the Olympic Record for lifting is 264 kg, or about 584 lbs.
You going to rip a lot of shirts.
So if I can only easily carry 60 pounds in real life my strength is only 4. Now I feel sad
Actually the record is 1102 lbs, so a strength score of 37...
