I have a master account and all the core books and Storm Kings. 

I am trying to get the campaign going with my son. I made 3 characters in my account. Thought I'd just let him control his character from my account and I'd control the other two. 

All I See on the campaign screen is the character that I added. I can access the other books outside of the campaign screen, but I am wondering is that all there is to this service? I thought I'd be able to share content from the book and send images his way, etc. 

What I am asking is, is there any sort of FAQ? I feel like I am missing a lot that this service offers.

Hi Wexly,

For your son's character, it should be him with his account to join the campaign and create it. Once he joins, you have still control over his character (you can modify it).

To share images or content from the book, you can use the notes in the campaign page. There is a DM section (only you can see) and a public section (you and your players can see).

Thanks for the reply. So is there a way for me to transfer the character to his free account? I created all the characters on my account. 

I am afraid not. You should re-create the character with his account.

Are there any plans to allow assigning characters to other players? 

Is there a way to insert your own pictures in the campaign notes? Ones that are not in the books you find in the marketplace? If I wanted to use my own maps & the like?

Yes, but you have to host the image in another post-image website, then put the link in the third-before-last icon you see in the test editor.

So if I am controlling the other two characters (PC) in the campaign for him (he is 7), I should keep them on my DM account, right? 

Yes. This way he can't see them.
