What do the numbers signify on a creature recharge feature? Example: Dragons breath recharge 3/4
Recharge is always X-6 (5-6, 4-6, 3-6 etc). It means at the start of the creatures turn, roll a d6. If you roll in the range specified, the creature regains the use of that ability. Otherwise it can't use it again until it successfully recharges
