Rolled stats of 13 10 10 16 9 12 Not sure what I wanna play, Kicker is this campain has NO feats. Any suggestions, Im thinking Barbarian, Bard or Wizard.
Your stats are fine for whatever you want to play as long as the other characters stats are at similar levels overall or if no one is particularly concerned about their stats, which seems unlikely. I think that free rolling just causes problems for some groups and highly recommend point buy or array methods. These can easily be adjusted for players to create characters from standard point buy or array to modified point buy or array(simply more points to work with accordingl to the DM's wishes).
Play what you want and have fun with it, stats don’t make or break a game. a Druid with 9 wis could very well be the funnest character you ever played.
Hexblade warlock pact of the blade. Eventually you’ll only need your CHA stat to deal damage.
wizard is good as mentioned above.
maybe cleric? High wis. Throw on some full plate for extra protection
rogue arcane trickster. High elf. 16 dex = 18. 13 int = 14. And you can get spells like charm person, silent image, hideous laughter kinda filling in that Bard role a little bit
edit: you could do college of swords bard. Half elf: 16 cha = 18. 13 dex +1 = 14. 12 con +1 = 13 and raise it later. Not too bad really.
halfling: 16 cha. 13 dex = 15 and can raise it later.
You can have fun with a sub optimal character but if you prefer to make your character as effective as possible here are my thoughts:
With racial modifiers you cangot to +4 / +2 /+1 on your 3 main stats. which is comparable but rather more primarry focussed than the 3/3/1 or 3/2/2 you would expect to get from point buy.
A barb really needs 3 good stats so while playable, to be as effective as possible I would steer away from that.
A wizard would work fine, Int is your main stat with dex and con your secondary stats, you can get +4 int and and +2 and +1 in dex and con by being a gnome (your subrace can swap these round).
A bard needs high charisma with dex and con secondary, the more martial sub classes of swords and valour would not be as effective with lower dex and or con so if you want o g oBard I would suggest going something like Lore or Glamour as a subclass. As for raceyou can get 4/2/1 as a half elf. If allowed you can also do so with some other races such as scourge Aasimar and some varients of Tieflings found in MToF.
