So, right now I own the Players Handbook, Monster Manual, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Explorers Guide to Wildemount, and the almost never used Dungeon Master Manual. What are your recommendations for the next best book to get. Something fun and useful...Go!
Great setting if you want to use it, or just incorporate pieces. Good idea for "magic tech" if your campaign has that. The Dragonmark Races are nice, easy to reflavour for any campaign. There are some useful magic items - including common level for that "mage society" feel. All very thematic and it doesn't take much to make stuff work in your own/other settings.
Volos Guide to Monsters
Offers a big bunch of races to use and a lot more monster lore (and monsters of course) - most of which can be easily drag'n'dropped into your own campaign with minimal effort.

I'll second Cyb3rM1nd's recommendation on Volo's Guide to Monsters. Lots of good monster info and extra player character options.
My other recommendation would be Curse of Strahd. It gives you a great dark, horror-flavored setting in Ravenloft; plus it's got a lot of replayability thanks to the sandbox-y nature of the story and the Tarokka deck mechanic.
I recommend you to read elevate, I don't know you read it before or not, it will give the strength to your brain, and help us to reduce the stress, I also have Volo's guide to Monsters, I haven't completed it but yeah its also damn good and interesting one.
