Using the Heroic Chronicle, my fighter (echo knight) gained magic initiate. For continuity reasons, I want the 1st level spell to be the Deunomancy spell, Gift of Alacrity. However, Deunomancy doesn't seem to appear in Magic Initiate. Am I missing this somewhere, or is there a way to customize my character sheet to add it?
Dunamancy is not currently available by default for anything but the Wizard subclasses that gain it in Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. To gain Dunamancy, you'd have to create a new feat that explicitly gives Gift of Alacrity, rather than "choice of first-level spell", as well as whichever cantrips you like. That would allow you to function as if you'd chosen Gift of Alacrity for Magic Initiate.

Oooh, didn't think about custom feat. Thanks!
