Hi! I know this is like a totally noob question, but is it possible to transfer items between different characters by different people in a campaign? And if so, is this done by the DM or the player?

So let’s answer the actual question.  From a character management perspective within your character sheet, after the above conversation happens you need to go onto your sheet and delete the item, and the player in question goes onto their sheet and adds said item.  While the DM role has the ability to add/remove items from all characters in a campaign, and can do it, it just makes more sense for the players to handle this piece.
