I'm a very new player. I've never actually played but I've been interested in dnd for about 3 years just passively observing the community through videos of campaigns from such places as geek & sundry, stories of campaigns from such places as everythingdnd, and forums, as I have no people i could play with. And I've recently started playing around on dnd beyond creating some basic characters and such. I've been wanting to get into playing but don't have like any materials or a viable computer for online games, all i have is my phone and the dice from dnd beyond dice rolling feature, I have no players handbook, only whatever info this website has on it. I have made a level 2 dragonborn sorcerer that im very eager to use. If there is any info as to how I can play a one off or some such with my limitations, some more experienced dnd players could gift me it would be most appreciated.
If you happen to know some people who are into computer games with rpg mechanics (basically most games these days) or other "Nerdy" stuff, I recommend poking around and see if you can't ignite some interest. DnD has bloomed a lot the last few years you may be surprised by how many people around you would be willing to give it a shot if presented with the chance.

You can try the play by post forums. The ones with yellow tabs are recruiting players. Post on there and hopefully you can get in.

I'll keep that in mind, most appreciated
You could try RoleGate. It has a mobile platform. it does not have the rules on it but you can find games there.
Very much appreciated, I'll check it out
