I don't think the club comp program, if it's what I think it is, is something done through the main marketplace, so it's probably best to inquire through whatever channel you got the bundle through that program.
That said, the legendary bundle is priced according to all the DnD books "in print" (technically "online"). When new books come out, the price of the bundle goes up. Buying the bundle for all regular users get new titles at a discount. But if you received a bundle through some program not part of the regular DnD Beyond marketplace, it's probably best to inquire about any special pricing or inclusion via that route.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you have the legendary bundle already, Tasha's is available for pre-order at the bundle owner discount. I don't believe Tasha's is a factor in the current Legendary Bundle pricing. However after Tasha's is released, it will presumably be added to the Bundle (and the sourcebook bundle) and the price will rise accordingly. The bundle itself has a slight discount to everything baked into the cost of the bundle so I don't think you're really at a loss if you buy the bundle and then buy Tasha's or wait till Tasha's release and buy the bundle.

You won't get any 'new' books for free. The Club program gave you the legendary bundle at the time you redeemed the code. Anything released after that you have to buy if you want it at 15% off (more if you wait for a coupon code).
Quick question, I own the legendary bundle, will Tasha's Cauldron of Everything be included or do I need to purchase it seperately?
Purchase separately, but you'll get a discount. The bundle will go up in price for new customers once Tasha's gets added.
Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].
Well I got the legendary bundle through the club comp program would that change it
I don't expect so, but I'm not familiar with the details of that program.

If I preorder Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, do I have to finish the payment at release, or do I get everything at a discount price?

If you pre-order it, you pay for it right now, at whatever discount the website shows assuming you already have a Legendary Bundle on your account.
