UA as UA is never permanent on D&D Beyond. WotC doesn't allow D&D Beyond to officially support UA after a certain window (though characters created with the feature will continue with the features), but as said player can homebrew any UA for private/personal use.
If you see UA you like, get a copy of it on a character sheet because it won't be supported forever.

What happened to the Tracker Feat?
I really liked it and was planning on taking the feat later in levels but its gone. :(
Tracker is Unearthed Arcana (play test material), and it got archived. You can just homebrew it if you still want it.
