Hill dwarf non +1 wisdom starting asi?

So looking at hill dwarf the dndbeyond page, they have a +1 to any stat other then wisdom, where did this come from? because last i remember and checked, they didn't get this.

I'm fairly sure DDB is implementing Tasha's Cauldron of Everything's custom ASI rules and they haven't got it right just yet.
