Am I gonna get notified about it? Would it end abruptly or would it just charge me indefinitely?

I'm not - nor was I ever - your "obstacle" until you've deemed me as such, nor am I your wallet, my hard earnt money is not yours by deault.
Je suis Consumer - We are the foundation, the floor beneath your rug. our support is the fate of every retail product, business, and franchise. for success you need support.
I will always miss what you were, but I will never miss what you've become.
At least via PayPal it'll automatically charge you like pretty much any other monthly service. You'll get a notification (at least from PayPal) about the payment.
Awesome, thanks! But what if you didn't use PayPal? Like in my case.
Does anyone know?

All subscriptions, whether paid by credit card or PayPal are set to automatically re-bill based on the subscription type you select (monthly, semi-annually, annually).
If a future re-bill is unsuccessful you will lose those subscription privileges on the site until a re-bill attempt is successful.
You have the ability to cancel your subscription on the site. When you do cancel, you retain the benefits on the site for the duration of the initial subscription period, as we don't issue refunds on subscriptions. Meaning, if you pay for an Annual Master subscription @$54.99 USD, and then cancel the subscription a week later. You retain the benefits for another 51 weeks, but there will not be a refund issued.
So if the rebilling is unsuccessful for any reason, and I have a master tier, will I lose access to the excess characters I made? And, if so, are they recoverable?

In regards to characters, when a subscription fails to re-bill, if you have more than six active characters, all your characters become locked.
However, on your /my-content/characters page, you will be able to select up to six characters to unlock, since we allow six character slots for free.
Any remaining characters beyond the six you decide to keep remain in a locked state. Should you clear up the re-bill issue, or re-subscribe in the future, your locked characters will automatically become accessible again.
