AFAIK, there is no official channel to ask rule questions. (Tweeting at Jeremy Crawford wasn't an official channel either.)
There hasn't even been any real indication that they intend to do more Sage Advice at all.
& this is an issue at my roommate & I's tables.
There is a crapton of stuff that still needs clarification, if not straight-up errata.
