I have a very partial idea on how I picture my new character, who is a Orc of Eberron. As far as I can tell, besides the profile pictures and their Details Page on D&D Beyond, there is no where that I can find that give a detailed description on how Orcs, Orc of Exandria and Orc of Eberron (and any other race for that matter) look. Do the three different choices have a distinct look to them? Or, is that up to the person to is creating the character?
Neither the Eberron nor the Wildemount book mention anything exceptional about Orcs' looks in general, so I assume you can't really tell them apart. When it comes to your own character however, you can do what you want.

One thing that can be fun and helpful is designing a character on Hero Forge. Doesn’t matter whether you actually buy it or not. You can make it look like you want it and envision it. And save it as an image file. It can help focus on various facial features, clothes, etc.

That's interesting, I'll check it out. Thank you.
