Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online. We use Roll20 for sheets, rolls and maps and Discord for everything else. Experience: Campaign has been running since 2015 (with periodic soft reboots to reset levels) Location/Timezone: Sessions tend to be later afternoon/early evening EST, but there are people from all over the world. Schedule: No set schedule. It's a West March campaign, so sessions are when a DM feels like running and draws from a pool of players rather than having a set time and team. Roles sought: Looking for 2-3 active players. Game style: This campaign is a West Marches style game set in a spelljammer setting, with the players located in a backwater region. The danger level is moderate to high, and the style varies from session to session; sometimes the sessions are combat heavy, sometimes it's pure roleplay, sometimes sessions involve exploration, treasure hunting and hex crawling. It depends on the day, the DM, and what the players choose to do.
The campaign is fairly small for a West Marches game; I've seen servers that have over a hundred people. I'm looking to keep things small enough that everyone knows everyone else. Right now we have 17 people, I'm looking to get to a nice, round 20. If you want to be a part of an active D&D community, please feel free to send me a message with any questions!
