Group preferred: Either works for me. I would prefer webcam and mic to fully experience the campaign.
Experience: I am a brand new player to D&D.. kinda. I play wide variety of board games such as Sanctum, GloomHaven, Pathfinder, Dungeon Alliance and etc. thanks to tabletop simulator. I also play Baldur's Gate, Pillars of Eternity, Divinity: Original Sin and others.  So I do have an understanding of the basics.
