One Shot on Roll20, The Sacrifice

Hi all, putting up a game that will start on Roll20/DnD Beyond/Discord for Voice in an hour.

One Shot: Solve the mystery of The Child! Explore the Northlands of Midgard and the haunted woods surrounding this Northlander community, face daemons, and seek riches! This is a basic 1st evel one shot adventure intended for beginners but playable by all. It has a balance of roleplay, exploration, and combat, with a compelling story arc, artwork, music and a selection of pregenerated characters. I use the Midgard campaign setting by Kobold Press.

Why Game with Me: I am an experienced DM of 20+ years, 5e Playtester, and amateur actor, so expect good fun!   I bring professionalism and a vivid imagination to the games, and utilize voices and effects to make NPC's memorable. All of my rolls are done openly so that I am open and transparent with my players. As a teacher, I’m excellent at introducing the game to new players, but as a veteran, I can really challenge more experienced ones.  My goal, simply, is to foster the same love and passion for DND in my players as I have for it myself.

Game Expectations:

My games are a safe space and LGBTQIA2S+ friendly.  I myself identify as two-spirit.  Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.

Please note that I do not accept characters of evil alignments in my game...this is simply a personal preference.  Please understand that in my game, character death is always a possibility.  I provide several backup characters in case of such an event, so that you can continue to play.  

Platform: You will need a DnD Beyond Account for tonight's game, as I’m testing out premade characters (lots of choices).  I use Roll20 for Video and Discord for voice, as I like to see your smiling faces when you roll a crit, and I like you to see my evil grin when your enemies do!  If you wish to have voice only, that's okay too!

Log onto Roll20, Under games go to "Join a Game", at the right hand side is a listing for "The Sacrifice".  Click on it, scroll down, and click "Join Game:,
