Looking for players in Victoria for games in and around Frankston council area or near by, to play D&D 5e.
I do shift work, so games are likely to be once every six weeks or so, unless players are flexible enough to play on my random days off.
Group type: Face to face preferred (can host), but willing to use discord to get games in if needed. Even half n half for a group where some can travel and some can't might be considered, but not really looking for interstate players.
Experience: I am a experienced player getting back in to playing, and I have no problem playing with those that want to learn or consider themselves beginners.
Location/Timezone: Melbourne GMT+10. Can host, but open to changing hosts each time to give everyone a chance to host and not travel.
Schedule: As mentioned, due to my work, I don't have regular time off.
Roles sought: I would prefer to find a DM and two other players, maybe three other players
Also willing to play with one or two players whilst waiting to build the full group.
Game style: prefer to focus on the story, with combat more of a means to an end, in a relaxed environment so the sessions are fun and entertaining. Not looking for one shot adventures; i enjoy campaign play and developing the world and characters.
If you are interested in playing, please send me a message, or reply to this post.
Located down Mornington Peninsula and keen for some 5e action. I'm already DMing a game here so was kinda looking to play but up for anything. Shoot us an email mate at andrewhowell@hotmail.com and we can see what we can sort out! Thanks mate
Unfortunately I do shift work and it is very hard to co-ordinate a time a date to play a game, and I certainly wouldn't be able to DM a game.
Happy to discuss potential games with anyone that is flexible enough to be part of a group that might only be able to play once every three or four weeks.
I am very very new to the game and have always been curious on playing. I read you are in the Casey area. I am out in the Casey area (Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren) as well, and am keen to join a group who would be open to teaching a new player like myself to play! Would you happen to be a part of a group who would be open to teaching someone new?
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I didn't say I was in the Casey area, and as mentioned, I haven't been able to form a group due to harsh shift work rostering.
If I had a group, I would happily accept beginners.
All the best, and I hope you can find a group soon.

Apologies Eloreth, I was trying to reply to Alex's comment, but I clearly failed! I hope you manage to find a group as well!
