Game for New Players - Lost Mines of Pandelver (Wednesdays, Every Other Week)

I'm starting a game for new players beginning with the Lost Mines of Phandelver starter set.

We'll be playing on Wednesdays every other week.

What time on wednesdays? 

it hasn't been completely decided since I'm free the whole day, but more likely earlier like starting at noon or 1pm Eastern.

I would like to give it a shot. I have yet to try and be a player in 5e (or any other editions since 2nd) But have DMed quite a bit.
