Basically I’ve typed out three separate things now, the first two of which, didn’t take.
I apologize for poor grammar etc.
Im looking for experienced players who can ideally help me learn more about how to play the game, potentially getting some new ones in on it as well so that all questions that might come up, I can have answers for, and if I’m wrong on any rules, I can clear that stuff up.
Im a player, likely I’d play a Wizard, not much else has to be too specific so far. But I’d love to do a session Zero with a few people and just see what happens from there.
My goal here is to ideally play a minimum of the time between levels 3-5/6 and see what I might be lacking on in regards to the basics, and maybe help out other people too. DMs need players, players need DMs. And if everyone knows how to level up properly, and we know how feats work. I think we’ll all be a bit better for other games later on :).
Also, I’m playing my first campaign ever. And uh. I’m pretty sure we’re doing a lot of things wrong, and people seem to go to me to fix stuff instead of the DM. So uh. I wanna know that I’m doing things properly just in case I’ve steered them wrong, so that I can correct anything that hasn’t already been. (Our DM is new to DMing as well as 5e)
I am pretty new to DnD, but I'd be more than willing to tag along and learn as well! I have discord available and open to discussion, if interested! :)
I'm an experienced player and DM. Have been playing the 5e version for a little over a year now, so I like to think I know the mechanics a fair amount. (I still have to look up certain details, but everyone can't remember everything.) I could potentially put together some one-shots to help some new players get a handle on the rules of 5e dnd. Or I'm always up for playing in a campaign as a player and helping that way. Either way, my discord is Dragongirl42#0436 if you want to talk more on this.
