Game: D&D 5e.
Group type: face-to-face.
Experience: new to veteran.
Location/Timezone: southern Macomb County and northeastern Wayne county - meeting at or near Eternal Games in Warren.
Schedule: Weekly, most likely Saturday or Sunday, but we are still in discussion and a weeknight is also possible.
Roles sought: We are looking for up to four more members, players and DMs, with a preference for those who are open to both.
Game style: roleplay and hack'n'slash.
Hi. I'm looking for players and DMs, plus anyone who wants to take turns at both, 18 or older and vaccinated. I'm hoping for a regular group of 4 to 8, anyone from advanced to beginner. It should go without saying that this is open to all races, beliefs and orientations.
We would play D&D 5e - campaigns and intermittently, one-shots, both originals and official adventure modules. My goal is, in order to keep us playing, try to have two campaigns going, one, possibly an official adventure in case whoever our main DM is cancels, or at least be able to play a one-shot when we have cancellations in the group - that could also give people new to DMing a chance to try it if they want.
This would be weekly, likely on a Saturday or Sunday or else on a weeknight depending on what works best for the group. Per what we've discussed so far, Sundays will probably be our day or we will alternate between Sunday and another day.
We could meet at Eternal Games and/or if everyone agrees, in a place like Dragonmead, both are in Warren. I've played at Eternal and it's a great spot. I would also be open to meeting in eastern Detroit, Hamtramck, the Grosse Pointes, Harper Woods, Highland Park, Saint Clair Shores, Eastpointe or Roseville (if not in Warren).
This is for offline, in-person, tabletop play - cosplay welcomed, but not required and this would not be LARP.
