So I have a couple friends who'd like to get into D&D, but they're not too sure how to play. I've only played a couple of games myself that fell off within the first 5 sessions due to life being a *****, so I'm not too comfortable trying to DM for them or give them a comprehensive rundown of how the game works. It's a group of three of us, and we'd prefer to do this online. My own timezone is EST, and the other 2 are PsT. Schedules should be a relative non issue on the grand scheme of things, but we can work something out if need be.
Tl;Dr 3 noobs looking for a session that'll take us or a dm willing to put up with our crap.
Me and a friend have been working on getting a group together to play. I volunteered to put together a campaign so we could play something. so far it's just the two of us although we may have drawn in a couple other players that we have played with before. since this is basically a test campaign i think you and your friends would fit in as learning the ins and outs. first off, do you have access to the players handbook? also do you have discord and roll20? https://discord.gg/a6sRFMe. That's the discord link. we want to run tomorrow night at 7:00pm. Stop by and chat!
I have a copy of the player's handbook, and it's a digital pdf so I can share it with my friends if they need it. I do have a Discord, and I can make a Roll20 account if completely neccessary; I have that site tabbed pretty much all the time anyway. I'll see if they're able to get started by then, but from the sounds of things they have a grasp of the character creation

Hello. Are you still lfp? I didn't wanna just drop into your discord unannounced.
I think I have an r20 account, or at leasr used it once in the past (and was very confused.) More than willing to take a look again.

I'd also like to play if you have room.
