Group preferred: Online (ideally roll20/foundry for combat, discord video/audio for actual communication)
Experience: Primarily as a DM for about 10-11ish years. I’ve DM’d a few long term (2 years) home-brew games with friends and a multitude of one shots and shorter adventures for kids and newbies locally at the library. The long term ones are my favorite though as it really gives a chance to flesh out the story and get deep plots running. I am a professional voice artist (commercial voice overs and narration mostly, sorry, you won't hear me in any video games yet haha) and videographer so as you may guess, my video and audio setup is literally going to be run through my professional studio for discord. I don't want my private info on the main page but I'll happily verify in a PM. :)
Preferred role: Player. I LOVE being a DM but I just really want to get to be a player for once. If you want to add a player into your existing campaign or start at level one, I would love to be a part of it.
Game style: Meaningful role playing is the most important aspect to me. Combat is of course important and should be something the party faces regularly but honestly what makes DnD special is about the human interaction and interactive story telling. I love getting granular with the combat mechanics and would love to make it as RAW as possible but if we just wanted to smash stuff, there’s plenty of video games that will do that better.
For my character, I have a few different character backstories and would be happy to work around what others want to play. From years of DMing I have a bunch of great npcs I've used as NPCs that I would love to bring to life. I'd happily let others choose their classes first then I can bring in someone who will compliment the group without too much overlap and taking away from the areas they star in.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with! I'm available here sometimes and discord all the time at Letsrole#9410 thanks and hopefully see ya soon!
