Schedule: We play from 7pm to 11pm Eastern time, with a short break in the middle. We will probably be starting the campaign Wednesday, July 21 2021 (two weeks from this posting).
Roles sought: one Player
Game style: probably slightly heavy on the combat side, but definitely with a story too.
This group is just wrapping up a campaign that has been running for about a year, and I'll be taking over as DM to continue the group. I'll be starting to run War of the Burning Sky (a very long module by EN Publishing, which was originally for 3.5e but has been converted to PF, 4e, and 5e). I don't know exactly what to say about the Game Style because I haven't run this module before (plus, everyone's style is relative).
Consistent availability and personality synergy are what I'll be looking for more than D&D experience. This group started out with over 6 months of keeping the same 6 players and having amazing personal synergy where some good friendships were forged outside of just session hours. Since then, we've had a few people come and leave, but I'm hoping to get the group into "a second Golden Age" of consistency and friendship-forging. Of course life happens and I'll frankly be shocked if we finish War of the Burning Sky with mostly the same players, but I am looking for someone who can be with us for at least many months rather than a few weeks.
I shouldn't even have to say this, but you must see strong diversity in the group (in terms of gender, race, and sexual orientation) as a positive thing!
BREAKING NEWS: One of our players will need to change evenings sometime in the next couple months. So I now need to know about availability on Wednesday evenings. Unfortunately DNDBeyond won't let me edit the thread title.

I'd be interested in joining this group! I've been playing since January and have finished the Curse of Strahd campaign. I'm currently playing through Avernus and Rime of the Frostmaiden with two other groups, so I've got plenty of experience, though I am still learning lots. I'd be interested in joining. I've been trying to get into D&D but I haven't play any module, official stories, mostly one shots and homebrew campaigns. I did tried playing D&D long ago, but sadly I got stuck with people leaving campaigns or DM's cancelling and suddenly I moved, over and over again, but I'd like to have some fun. OK, I feel bad about this after stressing the need for consistency, but one of our regular players will have a conflict on Tuesdays, starting in a couple months. So we will be changing evenings, probably to Wednesdays, probably as soon as my campaign starts.
