Im new to D&D and need some people to help me through it so i can get a better understanding.

All of my friends play dnd and I want to join their next campaign, I'd like to go through a few quick playthroughs to understand how it works. 

 I'll need a group of players who are willing to help me along this adventure by helping me with spells etc so I can feel a bit more confident. 

I am UK based and I'd preferably speak in English. 

(P.s. I've been watching youtube videos and been watching my friends play during their campaign so I'm not completely clueless😅)
