We have a group, sort of, but, ya know, most of us are in our late 30's or 40's and it can be hard to get a game going. So, I have this "Blue Arrows" thing that would allow us to play remotely, or in person, and not really worry about how you get in or out of any specific game. We need players though... more players so we have better odds of the remote games actually happening. Nights are best. Monday or Wednesday at this point, usually after 8:30 PM.
The Blue Arrows – Investigations, Expeditions and Adventures
You are members of a group of semi-mercenaries called the Blue Arrows. This group is based in the city of Bard’s Gate and is run by it’s founder, a half-elf named Korlas (male, 103, Level 15 Rogue). Korlas takes jobs which require muscle or nuance or a combination of the two, as well as actively seeking out rumors of riches and treasure.
As a member of the Blue Arrows you each have a blue arrow broach with a small blue sapphire arrow head (60 gp). You form a group, as needed, amongst the Blue Arrows available. Korlas takes a cut of any expedition revenue, ranging from 10% to 40% depending on how much work he had to do to bring in the opportunity.
Jobs the Blue Arrows have taken on in the past range from escorting nobles on pilgrimages, sleuthing the identity of a murderer, seeking lost relics to addressing threats to various kingdoms and rulers which required specialized attention. Those who come to the Blue Arrows are city leaders, religious leaders (both legitimate and cult), kings and dukes, wealthy merchants, con men, crooks and liars. The Blue Arrows do not take assassination jobs and they do not steal, which means they are not seen as competition by the Thieves Guild. They also do not mount invasions or work as part of armies, so they are not seen as competition by the larger mercenary companies.
The Blue Arrows number somewhere close to 100, although only Korlas knows for sure. They are fanned out around the known world, possibly even on more than one plane, and members come and go frequently. On an expedition one or more Blue Arrows may be reassigned, meaning the groups are flexible. Blue Arrows come from all races, represent all classes and range in level from first levelers to those well over 10th level. Some come to the Blue Arrows for camaraderie, some for adventure, some come for steady (well paid) work. Some Blue Arrows have been with the company for decades, others are only around for a year or less.
Korlas is a good boss. He treats his company well. Rumor has it he’s made enough over the years (the Blue Arrows are over 40 years old, maybe older, no one is sure and Korlas is cagey on the subject) to buy a small kingdom, yet he continues to head the company. Some say he is seeking something beyond riches, perhaps a relic or a clue to a personal mystery. No one knows for sure. Sometimes Korlas is absent for long periods of time. In his absence the quartermaster of the Blue Arrows, a good-aligned goblin named Quant, delivers his messages and assigns Blue Arrows their missions. Quant has been with the Blue Arrows as long as the Blue Arrows have been in existence, or so goes the rumor. He won’t answer any questions about how he came to be with Korlas. Quant’s age is unknown, but he seems to be at least several centuries old. The home of the Blue Arrows is located next to the Inn of Six Candles in the Merchants’ District.
Germany is... not close! The remote games are mostly going to be either Mondays or Wednesdays at 8 PM PST, so, about 5 in the morning for you. I could add you though and if it works, it works... but man... that would be an early morning.

Yeah that would be too early for me. My Boss probably wouldn't be happy with me:D But thank you anyway for replying to me:)
Are you still looking for players? I live in California and have no experience playing D&D, but I'd like to join a game (I have some experience with character creation and I've seen gameplay before).
