Hello and thank you for your interest! As the title states I am looking for 1-2 players for an Out of the Abyss campaign on Wednesdays at 7pm Eastern! We will be having Session 0 on the 18th and the campaign will begin proper on the 25th!
Currently we have a Rogue, Warlock, Paladin, and Druid!
Several homebrew rules and a point buy feat system for character creation and ASIs will be used, it is super cool don't worry!

Color me interested! I last regularly played in 2e (other TTRPGs since then), but I’m well-versed in 5e lore and mechanics.
I have this bardlock concept I’d like to play; a middle-aged Satyr who, while still decadent by most standards, is a relatively mellow fey who enjoys quality over quantity (think “a lovely salon with some good wine” over “getting tanked with dwarves”). Lately he’s realized that he’s spent most of his life enjoying the artistic efforts of others, and now he's looking to create his own (kind of a “…but what I really want to do is direct/produce” thing).

Today I decided to take a look for an interesting new game to try and join, and your post caught my attention. I'm 36 from Wisconsin and have been playing D&D for the last 15-ish years. I'm well versed with the 5e system, and have been both a DM and a Player. I enjoy a good amount of RP in my games, and that is what originally drew me to your post. I have some experience playing online (as many of us now have).
As for a character concept, I generally like to play what the party needs and have experience playing almost anything. I'm really just looking forward to flexing my RP muscles again with a new group and working with a DM who likes to have their players develop a character to be part of the world they are running/creating.
