US/Canada Homebrew Game in Need of Brave Adventures

Once there were 6 proud kingdoms who lived in prosperity. Races, cultures and religions lived in harmony. However, with the persistence of prosperity comes the corruption of hearts and minds. As time moved forward, kings became warmongers and the kingdom fell into conflict. After decades of on and off feuding, a relatively docile country, known for their religious unity, launched a ferocious military campaign. The now weakened kingdoms could do nothing to stop the fall of their civilizations. Soon the entire continent was unified under one banner. To most people nothing had changed but others were not so lucky. The conquerors demanded assimilation religiously and culturally. Most were fine with this as the majority of people followed the same religion and engaged in similar culture. There was push back by the minorities but eventually everyone assimilated or was forced into land seen as undesirable. Resistance groups formed but nothing seemed to work to take back the occupied land. 

60 years later the Resistance is on the verge of collapse but there are rumors that they have a plan to reclaim the land and finally bring an end to their oppression. 

Thats where you come in. Will you help the Resistance complete their scheme or will you help crush them once and for all? The choice is yours.

This game is completely homebrew and I don't have loads of experience as a DM so bare with me. My schedule is relatively open but I would still like to run this game for people in the US/ Canada for ease of scheduling.
