My name is Asa and I am currently running a campaign for 4 people. I was thinking that having one more person added to the group would help round things out a bit.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and that isn't afraid to RP. Our group trends a little older (early to mid 30s) so if that is important to you, please take that into consideration. There are combat encounters and dungeons, but my players tend to gravitate towards RP.
We usually play on weekends the time fluctuates based on what we all have going on. We have 1-3 sessions a week depending on how busy everyone is.
We play using voice chat on discord, and a majority of the party is in the central time zone (US). I am EST, so we usually try and find a time that is friendly for the two time zones. We use Roll20 for maps and combat.
The current campaign is an underground setting and a little more light hearted than dark and gritty.
If you're interested please feel free to reply or dm me with an introduction and a few sentences describing what it is you're looking for in a dnd party and campaign.
I will be out of town for the weekend, but next week I will sort through them.

I usually DM for my family members and we have finished a 2 year campaign and I've been feeling burnt out coming up with situations for them to overcome for a little bit and I told them I wanted a break from being DM, but no one has volunteered yet. I don't get many opportunities to play as a player. I am 31, I do have some roll20 experience and a discord and would like to play an Wood Elf Monk with a bit of a laid back attitude that loves to explore ancient places. If you allow multiclass maybe a former rogue that is now a monk.
I'm interested! I'm still on the beginner side (I have a few secessions under my belt, but I've never done a complete game), but I rp on the reg and I very much enjoy playing! I don't feel comfortable giving out my Discord in public, so if you wanna consider me just send me a DM and I'll give it to you there :D

I love role-play and am very familiar with dnd an have been playing off and on for 22 years. I saw your post and was interested in joining I am in the Eastern Standard TMZ and I am 21 , I have been playing for some time and I do have a web camera , and a mic so if we are showing real faces then I am down. I also do have a role 20 account and a level 2 bugbear character that I found really fun to play and rp with, I usually do voices for my character and match their energy while role playing.
