Beginner looking to join group

I live on the east coast and have recently created a new character. I have minimal D&D experience but would still consider myself a beginner and would like to join a group that meets online mostly in the evenings. I get off work around 7 daily and would be free pretty much any day of the week but finer details like that are up for discussion!

can I join I just started

I am looking for a few players to join my campaign starting this Halloween.  

A little about me: I am an actor and a creative writer.  I have been role-playing almost my entire life.  I believe in great storylines and maintain a positive attitude when at the gaming table.  I have written a little story which I will be mixing into one of the released modules (Storm King Thunder).  I will be using roll 20 as the VTT and sessions will be 3 to 4 hours in length 1 per week.

The setting is Ferrun, the sword coast.  The starting level is 5 and I am asking that players write a nice background for your character.  Role-playing is the focus and so is the storyline.  

 Cooperation and good vibes are what counts the most.  attitude is everything, we all want to have fun :)

So if you're interested please direct message me with your your email address and I can invite you to the campaign on roll 20 for one of the "meet and greet sessions"   This is a way for us to see if we are a good fit for each other.  I will let you know when that session will be happening in the coming week.  Also in your reply, let me know how old you are i.e. 20s, 30s....your time zone and if you are free during the weeknights.

yes thats the VTT that has integrated official released modules for 5th ed.  Otherwise good luck spending hours and hours building maps and monster tokens....!
