Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: Experienced Location/Timezone: Moutain Daylight Time (North America) Availability: Mon - Fri (Evenings/Nights), Sat (Available from 11 A.M. - 5 P.M.), and Sun (All Day) Preferred role: Player Game style: Casual or Hardcore, either is fine for me. I'd prefer more of a hack'n'slash game, but some roleplay is fine. Just don't expect me to LARP. D&D Adventures or Homebrew setting, once again either is fine. Request: Please be upfront about any special house rules or game mechanics. I don't want to build a character only to be told halfway through the first session that something isn't allowed. Such as allowable races, classes, backstories, spells, rule books, and game options in the character creation menu. Dealbreakers: Please, no drama or politics. I play D&D to get AWAY from IRL stuff. Secondly, DM's world, DM's rules on how the world and setting work. My character, my decision on character play. Please don't try to tell me how to play my character or what decision my character would make. Third, don't bring me in as a level one if everyone else is a higher level. I don't feel like getting stomped on by monsters in a higher tier level.
Proposed Character: If anything below is not something the DM allows within their game, I am up to discussing possible alternatives.
Name: Korver Darnanvil Gender: Male Faith: Gond Alignment: NG Race: Dwarf - Mountain Class: Cleric - Forge Domain Level: Whatever is needed Background: Acolyte Backstory: Raised in a Temple of Gond, Korver spent his formative years learning all he could about smithing, masonry, and infrastructure. Always fascinated by the designs he came across for city fortifications and fortresses, Korver dreamed of one day crafting a fortress temple where learned inventors of craft and artifice could come together and seek out even greater heights of knowledge. Now, out traveling the world, Korver seeks to better his mind and craft in service to his God so that one day he would be worthy of his dream. Playstyle: Defense and Support focused. I'm not going to be a healbot, but I am curious about playing a character more focused on support rather than dishing out damage.
