I am an Ex-DM seeking a path of righteous evil. Willing to play Barbarian, Rogue, Wizard, Blood Hunter, Ranger, Paladin, Sorcerer, Cleric, Warlock, or even a homebrew class if it means slaying the NPCs that mean everything to everyone.
Muahahahahahahaha!
I'm not (terribly) serious about the murder hoboing, of course, but I've recently had a desire to play a relatively evil character that borders the lines. And, frankly, I'd like to play something more than just the heroic hero.
For example, a Holy Cleric seeking to carry out his diety's virtuous values. His intentions are always hidden by his kind features and actions. However, if the opportunity arises, he can't help but sneaking into the hostage's tent and putting a knife to the hostages throat.
"H-he tried to kill me!"
"I was just asking a few questions. The knife was just a... means to an end." *Insert deceptively earnest smile here*
A few more examples: A warrior who'll fight for the highest bidder, a wizard a little too interested in the death saving throws, a Paladin believing in a twisted cause, etcetera.
If you couldn't tell already, I'm very role-play oriented, though I am absolutely comfortable in combat. Years of gaming will do that to a person's psyche.
So, if you need a person willing to play the problem player (but not really), if you're looking for someone who's character you won't feel bad about killing, or if you need an actual murder hobo, look no further. After all, there is no order without chaos.
...Yes, that made sense.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: 1 Year Location/Timezone: Central Standard Time (CST) Availability: Friday and Saturday nights Preferred role: Player Game style: Casual, Hardcore, Roleplay, Hack'n'slash, Homebrew (as long as there's roleplay involved)
Edit: Though I am primarily looking for a homebrew group (original world, custom classes, races, background, rules, etcetera), I have nothing against playing regular campaigns. I enjoy the game all the same.
I have a morally neutral campaign I'm getting ready to run but its a teen and young adult group. 21 and under only. if thats you though I might have a place for a less than moral character.
It is as the title sayeth.

Well, looks like I missed the mark by about two years! Just my luck. Thank you for the offer though!
