Hi everyone! Just posting here to look for a 18+ and LGBT+ friendly DM/ group for some friends and I! We would especially love to find a DM for us and are interested in playing just about anything-- from oneshots, long-term campaigns, homebrew campaigns people wanna test out, or premade ones (especially Curse of Strahd :eyes:), we're just about down for anything.
In terms of groups, I’m looking for an established group to join for myself but would be happy if there any groups who are looking for at least 2 players, if not 3-4! For DMs, we'd really love to find a DM who could accept 4-5 players! For now we're not interested in paid campaigns.
Group type: Online Experience: We have varying levels of experience but a majority of us are all relatively new to DND with me being the newest to DND/the least experienced. Anything beginner friendly would be especially welcomed! Availability: This is for my own availability— so I’m in PST and my weekdays are only generally only free starting 7:30 PM PST. Wednesday is an exception where I’m usually free starting 6:30 PM PST; weekend mornings and afternoons are also usually ok. Overall, Wednesday and weekends are preferred! When it comes to my friends we’ll probably have to discuss times because everyone has a different schedule. Flexibility would be nice if possible! Preferred role: Player Game style: Casual and new player friendly is definitely what we're mostly going for! Any combination of RP, combat, etc. is good but we do prefer a focus on RPing and character development. Our one major preference is that we would like the RP be done in writing and voice is only really used for combat, chilling, asking questions, etc. We don't mind being on VC but would rather not RP with voice at all; we also prefer no video! Some of our writers (namely me) can be a bit slow, so we really would prefer a DM who doesn't mind waiting for things to be written.
