Hey there! I was hoping to find a group that was doing a longterm homebrew story campaign, even going into higher levels past 15, in the Forgotten Realms setting, or at least allows the use of classing D&D pantheons. I'd like to avoid book campaigns since I'm in a group that's working our way through those already.
Experience
I'm relatively inexperienced with tabletop games; I've only played a couple book campaigns (Saltmarsh and Avernus).
Times Available
I'm looking to play in the evening any day except Wednesdays and Fridays.
Game Expectations
I'm hoping to join a game that's still relatively low level (1-3 preferred, up to 5). I'm pretty chill on what books are being used, but would prefer to pull from all official books, with multiclassing allowed. Light homebrew character options are fine like races, but nothing that changes the base game too drastically. Basically "if it's in a book, we can use it." The only exception being UA since I know it's pretty unbalanced.
Group Expectations
Free game is required. LGBT+ accepting is required. A strong session zero or conversation about boundaries is also required. Discord for voice is strongly preferred. Roll20 is preferred but I can join any tabletop that's free. Group size of 4-6 is preferred.
Conclusion
Hopefully this has given the kind of vibe of group I'm looking for, and details can be hashed out in DMs. Thanks for taking the time to read!
