New DM looking for New or Experienced Players [Online][Flexible Times][CST]

Going after immersive gameplay expertise. I idolize great DMs and seek to curate my own skills. I will listen more than I ramble.

Platforms: VR, Discord (jmmballin#9018), DnD Beyond, open to alternatives

Intro sessions: Waterdeep Dragon Heist LVLs 1-5 [Exploration, Social]

Campaign: Hoard of the Dragon Queen LVLs 5-10+ [Exploration, Social, Combat]

Schedule: Weeknights 6pm CST

Some heart to heart:  I'm not typically a fantasy RPG guy, I'm an engineer and project manager by trade, I like music, art, lifting, and gaming (KSP, Civ, AoE, Skyrim, RL). I've played five total sessions of DnD to date. That crew fell apart and I tried a long time to get them back together. I'm branching out on my own instead. A bit nervous to approach strangers on the internet, but my intentions are to have a riotously good time. Have yourself snacks, beers, joints, or otherwise, I'm just trying to flex the mental muscles of improv, voice acting, mood immersion. I will fail, and you can help me become better.
