My friend and I, both in our 30s, are looking for an online game because we're usually separated by thousands of miles. Both of us have spent a fair amount of time getting acquainted with 5e, and I've spent enough time on it that I'm very familiar with the ins and outs of the game (including from the DM's perspective, so I won't be insufferable). My friend is somewhat less familiar, but learns fast.
If you're running a short-term module or one-shot, we're pretty open to anything, just so we can get our feet wet. If you're running a campaign, we'd want to be more sure that we're a good fit: just as we plan to be thoughtful and engaged players whose characters develop goals in the world we inhabit, we'd want a DM who puts some thought into how creatures of different types would behave, and actions having consequences, and story. We can certainly handle mature themes and challenges, but neither of us is interested in playing an evil character.
I'm extremely familiar with Exandria, and my friend has watched a good deal of Critical Role for his part, but we'd be delighted to play in other worlds too.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: See above. Location/Timezone: Eastern and Pacific times. Availability: Sundays, Saturdays before 3pm Pacific, Wednesdays after 6pm Pacific. Preferred role: Player Game style: Short-term, anything goes. Long term, we're looking for a balance of roleplay and combat.
Hi there. I am new to D&D and I know that I am not what you guys are looking for but I would apreciate if you gave me an oportunity to learn and be somewhat experiencied with D&D not to be a burden to you. I`m open to any tipe of story.
