I am a 19 year old semi-new player, I was in an epic campaign a few months ago but college got in the way. Hadn't played before that, but my old DM and team-mates really did good by me. They helped me get a great foundation, and I have been reading up on things. I'm available this whole holiday, and am looking to do a One-shot which maybe evolves into a campaign if we vibe. I'm taking the next semester off, so I could probably manage to be in a campaign for a few months but I will start a day job in January. I am good with Roll20, Discord, and DndBeyond for online stuff. I would really like voice-only, but I haven't done that yet and would need some initial guidance. I'm down with a veteran DM or a new one, as long as you know what's good. :)
My character is a 111-year-old Wood Elf Druid, of the Chaotic Good alignment. Could potentially multi-class with a level or two in Bard- depends on what feels right. Would prefer to not start at level 1. She is Nonbinary, but uses any pronouns and tends to present as female. Her background is as an Anthropologist, she rages against the xenophobia of the Elves. While traveling, she found a society of Dryads and began learning from them as an Anthropologist and ended up a Forest Druid. To learn more, I'll include a link to my character sheet where you can find all my info. Basically, tragedy strikes, and Perrin begins adventuring for hire because the Dryads mysteriously die and she's left in need of coin and answers. I plan to fight by using my spell slots, then Wild-shaping into a Polar Bear or Constrictor Snake.
I'm big on roleplaying in Dnd- and heads up, my character is a hopeless romantic and a recovering know-it-all. The DM totally has the option of working in my characters one clue about what happened with the Dryads, a turquoise dragon scale. (Bonus points if it's possible to become a dragon-rider if I play my cards right lol, it's been a lifelong dreeeam lol. Or she can just never get answers, honestly that's valid too/realistic.) Last thing before linking my character sheet, I would like to be able to be useful as a Forest Druid, I'm down for almost any kind of adventure as long as there's some trees or some cool animals! I can also function as a slight healer if needed^
