Kinda new player looking for group

Hi, my name is Frank. I'm a kind of new player. I've played only once but that got cancelled after the dm stopped responding. I'm looking for a group, preferably in US timezones, I'm specifically in EST. I'm 18 and in highschool, weekends would be the most optimal time but I can also do some week days, I know Mondays and Fridays I'm good after 4PM EST, the rest of the week my schedule is shifting a bit between two other things and I need to sort those out so I'm still unsure of those. Lastly I hope to use the character I was using for my last campaign but if I'm not able to I'm willing to make a new one.
