This is a brand new game aimed at beginners (although players of all levels of experience are very welcome) looking to get their first taste of D&D/RPG.

Narrator: Hi! I’m Mike (he/him), I also answer to 'DM' and all variants of ‘Danger’ and ‘Boy’. I've been DMing for over 3 years (and am an early adopter of FoundryVTT), primarily in long-scale campaigns. My DMing style is largely restrained-sandbox where I present players with a situation and let you decide how to handle it. The game will have a mix of exploration, combat and role-playing (divided up roughly as equal amounts combat and RP, and about half as much straightforward exploration).

System; D&D 5e

Platform; FoundryVTT (hosted on The Forge). I’ve spent a lot of time adding flair and quality-of-life improvements to the game to make it as immersive and enjoyable as possible.

Schedule; Thu 7-10pm PST (GMT -8), weekly.

Duration; 3-4h sessions.

Requirements; A good working mic and a steady internet connection. (Free) memberships of: The Forge, DnD Beyond and Discord. We may try and use the new FoundryVTT audio/video systems, once FoundryVTT v9-stable is released.

Cost; payment method; $15 USD per player per session, via paypal at the start of each session (except session 0)

Character Creation; We will have a full session zero, free of charge, where we'll do character creation (on D&D Beyond and in FoundryVTT) and briefly cover house rules. This is to make sure everyone is on the same page and your characters have enough of a backstory to get going. Nearly anything official is allowed (I own all the source books) and Homebrew with my approval. If there’s enough time, we’ll also try to run a small encounter, just to give everybody a head-start on systems and procedures for the 1 session.

This is an LGBTQ+ safe campaign. Discrimination on the basis of sex, race, sexuality, sexual identity, or anything else will be met with removal from the campaign. No discussion.  NO REFUNDS.
