So my girlfriend and a friend of ours have recently tried our hand at DnD and our looking for a DM to help some new players out. We have all known each other for a number of years and met playing World of Warcraft. One of us has limited experience and the others are fresh newbies other than the one to two sessions we have played of our other campaign and watching Critical Role.
We are part of a current campaign embarking through the "Mines of Phandelver." The DM of that group is a good friend of ours but due to other campaigns, cannot organise or DM this group that regularly. We also made a rookie error and let the group size grow to 6, which is making the campaign very messy and chaotic to even follow what is happening!
So in essence we are looking for a DM to guide us through a new campaign which is a run a bit more frequently and also relaxed to help us learn the game a bit more. We are open to suggestions on themes both homebrew or another more traditional campaigns. We are fairly familiar with DnD beyond and enjoy roleplaying and a good story. with some rule clarifications and banter in between. We have our own discord server and are happy using voice and webcam!
We range in ages from our mid 20's to our early 30's and are mostly UK based and play at a decent time for those time zones. We all have fairly flexible schedules for weekday evenings and weekends. We would be looking to start early in the new year and can also have another friend join if it works better to have 4 on the campaign.
So if this sounds like something you are interested in, maybe a rookie DM or just someone looking for a new group to role with either message me here or reach out to me on discord Cammy#-658.
Cheers for reading and hope you all have a happy and safe festive period.
