I've recently been interested in dnd and would like to try my hand at playing the game. I haven't played anything like this before, new to the whole experience so it'd be great if someone could teach me the ropes, I think i've got the basics down but there's only so much I can do without playing. 

I'm a 20 year old female from Australia, any time zone can work as long as its between Friday-Sunday. I've got the whole setup for discord already so if anyone's eager to shoot me a dm that'll be great thx :)

Hi I have a group that might interest you.  I run a discord server that helps new players learn the game.  It's a good place to ask questions, play in a game of D&D, learn the rules etc.  We have a few DMs who are running the one-shots so the times change around.  Next week there'll be a few games posted you might be able to make work with your schedule.
