This may be a bit of an unusual request, but I had an idea for a character and a setting and I just HAD to see if I could roleplay this with someone.
Basically, my character is a self-serving, ruthless politician in a republic. He wants nothing more than to crush his rivals and rise to the upper echelons of power. I have him classed as a sorcerer. Now, obviously someone like that needs allies with the skills he lacks, and that's where your character comes in.
Please bear in mind, these characters need to be the sort who would work well with a political intrigue sort of campaign. Basically, they can't just be the type to use vulgar displays of strength or destructive power to solve everything. Some subtlety will be needed. Maybe your character is an assassin or a spy. Maybe your character is a church official of some sort, one who is just as eager to rise in power as my character is. Maybe your character is a paladin with ties to a powerful noble family. There are many more possibilities of course.
I'm actually thinking that for this game we would basically DM for one another throughout. If you are adverse to that, I could instead just DM for you and have my character be an NPC you work with often. Or I could just let you DM for me, if you prefer to guide the story a bit more.
Please send me a message if you are interested.
