We're in the first stages of the module (Storm King's Thunder) and one of our players has dropped out, so we're shopping around for a 5th. The campaign is being run on roll20 w/ voice over Discord. We are a very friendly and supportive group, age 18+, bring your great character ideas!

Now this topic got my attention! Will admit, a lot of people say they RP but when you got a whole channel for just RPing, you got my full attention!
Little about me. Been playing DND since roughly 1992 with a long break mixed in there. Been playing kind of hard since I came back back in August of 2021. I get along with everyone as long as they are not jerks or bad people. Looking to join another heavy RP server as I have one on Fridays that is super fun with many hours of whole session RP. Heck, last session was almost 6 hours and we did nothing but RP between the characters and key NPC's. I also like to make voices for any character I play as I feel more closer to the character.
I have a few new character ideas plus a old one or two which I truly enjoy playing. Here is a couple of them for your viewing enjoyment:
Sales Starlight : Tabaxi Life Cleric. Son of Slivers of Starlight and Zara Starlight. Very young and very new to the world as he was sheltered for most of his life. VERY shy but highly respectful of everyone he meets. Studied under his mother to become a cleric but was not allowed out much as the world is a dangerous place.
Salestria Starlight : Gem Dragonborn Warlock. Sister of Slivers of Starlight. Raised by her mother, she is a very proud person who does not like to take anything from anyone. Is the type of person who will be hungry but will not accept charity as she feels she can earn it herself.
Slivers of Starlight : Tabaxi evocation wizard. (My personal fav character) Raised in a village by his "Village parents" since he was dropped off by his mother, he grows up and gets his hands on a spellbook which causes him to do something that offends a wizard. Leads him on a long road to becoming a wizard.
There is way much more to each character but to save space, I only mentioned small bullet points. As you can see, all of the characters are related to each other just different time lines. I also have a couple more ideas that I have for a Harengon female Arcane Trickster Rogue and one or two others. I can also fill a need in a party if needed.

I have a plethora of character concepts and would be happy to fill in whatever role is missing from the group. I'm a bit shy until I'm more familiar with people, but I'm very open to making new friends.
My favorite campaigns have been roleplay-heavy, whether it's over text or voice. I'm comfortable roleplaying dark and gritty things, and not much offends me. I believe that boundaries, consent, and communication are important for keeping a group happy and comfortable. I'm a pretty new player; I've only played one campaign (and it was unfinished 'cause we all got busy), but I do listen to a lot a DnD gameplay and content in general, and would love to get to play my character again! I'm not super great with voices though, but I do love roleplaying in general.
Her name is Aivryl Loftencraft and she's a Level 3 Water Genasi Bard/Druid. She was raised in a small village called Westport by her mother, a Level 15 half-elf druid of the Circle of Alchemy (a homebrew subclass I found online) named Rykia Loftencraft. Aivryl was raised by the community just like many of the children of Westport, so she regards many of the village members as aunties/uncles; however she's especially close to a retired bard name Russo, who helped her discover her love of music and storytelling. She learned the ways of bards from Russo and the ways of druids from her mother, who she worked closely with in their apothecary, and when she came of age she set off on her own adventure to discover more stories and secrets of the world.

I've been thinking of playing a sassy centaur bard, who's bardic art form is haiku poems. No set on centaur, but I like to play non-typical race/class combos
